I'M ON A CRUISE SHIP AND I HAVE TO MEET A SPECIFIC TIME ITINERARY, WILL YOU GET ME BACK IN TIME TO MEET THE SHIP BEFORE IT DEPARTS?

Our Cruise Ship tours are specifically designed to meet those time constraints you have, Our tours have never missed a ship's departure.

I HAVE OTHER TOURS I SCHEDULED, DO YOU HAVE SHORT TOURS THAT I CAN GO ON?

We custom designed our 4 hour tour to meet the needs of those cruise ship passengers who booked other activities. We have both morning and afternoon slots for your convenience.

IF MY SHIP IS LATE, WILL THE TOUR LEAVE WITHOUT ME?

We will make every effort to ensure that we will have you join the tour, time schedules may be effected by a late arrival, just disembark as soon as you're docked to meet with one of our staff pier side.

I'M STAYING AT A HOTEL IN HILO BUT I'D LIKE TO GO ON THE TOURS YOU HAVE AVAILABLE FOR SHIP PASSENGERS, CAN I JOIN IT?

Absolutely, call us to make reservations! We require a minimum of 8 people per Cruise Ship tour so we will try to combine groups, let us know if you are flexible on your tour dates.

I HAVE A PERSON IN MY PARTY WHO IS WHEELCHAIR BOUND, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE US?

Unfortunately we don't have vehicles with wheelchair lifts but call us and we can assist you in finding companies for the same price as our tours who have vehicles that will work for you.

ARE YOUR TOUR DRIVERS CERTIFIED?

Our drivers are PUC certified for the State of Hawaii and have been trained in the History, Folklore and customs of the Hawaiian culture.

DOES YOUR TOUR COME WITH A NARRATOR?

Our driver/guides narrate the tour from beginning to end.
